What are the top 3 Must Haves for this role?

1. Incident and Change management Experience
2. Application troubleshooting Experience
3. Windows/Linux experience

• Associate should be able to troubleshoot issues and able to communicate with other teams or users to report and resolve the issues.
• Application monitoring/reporting /troubleshoot application/hardware/network issues
• Create and maintain Knowledge Data Base
• Should be able to work on ITSM/ITIL based process and tools
• Able to report and resolve application/server issues with good analytical skill.
• Should have client facing skill
• Should be able handle escalations
• Should have team fostering and leadership skill
• Resource should be able to work 24X7 and should be able to work with multiple vendors ,QA & Developers.
