Desired Skills: Expertise in Scrum Methodology under Agile project management framework.
Job Roles / Responsibilities:
· Analyze current Agile processes, prioritize areas of improvement, and work alongside key stakeholders to implement the improvements
· Works with Product Manager and IT teams to detail functional requirements & develop use cases
· Feature mapping for application
· Creating Themes, Epics & User stories
· Feature simplification
· Coaching business to simplify requirements
· Define & Ensure DoD, Acceptance Criteria
· Scrum Daily Standups
· Coach team members as needed, including resolving conflict
· Run daily, weekly and monthly agile rituals efficiently and strictly
· Dependency Management
· Tracks work progress to identify blockages and developer divergence from allocated tasks
· Reporting Status Dashboards
· Team Jira updates
· Burn down & Velocity gatekeeper
