The person will be solving technical problems and building innovative solutions in a fast paced environment working with smart and passionate team members. Drive innovation, profitability, revenue, and business growth opportunities by applying advanced software development design and implementation skills to support the generation of insights, metrics, analytics, and self-service business intelligence across Visible. You will be detail oriented, self-directed, self-motivated, with a strong capacity for working successfully and collaboratively with members across the organization.
Candidate will need to:
· Design and develop software Microservices solutions in Java or any other high level programming language to enable proper integration of billing & OCS systems.
· Lead all phases of the software development lifecycle from design and development to deployment.
· Design and develop the back-end components for automation.
· Design, implement and optimize platform services and systems
· Envision, develop and deliver creative solutions, tackle new challenges both as an individual contributor and as part of an agile scrum team.
· Analyze, design, implement and validate software designs and integration workflows.
· Passionate about learning new technologies and bringing these new technologies to the team and creating innovative solutions.
· Evaluate and implement technologies that improve efficiency, performance and reliability.
Candidate will need to have:
· Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
· 9 or more years of relevant work experience.
· Experience with coding in Java.
· Experience in developing in Microservices in Kubernetes environment.
· Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform is an added plus.
· Additional working knowledge of programming in Javascript & Python is an added plus.

Job Description:
· Participate in sprint planning retrospectives and other key Agile ceremonies.
· Manage development scope based on sprint timelines
· Develop software solutions by studying information needs conferring with users studying systems flow data usage and work processes investigating problem areas and following the software development lifecycle
· Provide information by collecting analyzing and summarizing development and service issues.
· Work closely and collaborate with other scrum team members on the product backlogs prioritized
· Prepare and installs solutions by determining and designing system specifications standards and programming.
· Document and demonstrate solutions by developing documentation and code as applicable
· Identify monitor and implement key agreed-upon improvements
· Adopt development practices which focus on quality and value while increasing efficiency and minimizing waste
· Help to implement Agile engineering best practices such as continuous integration automation of testing and delivery and continuous peer review within teams
