Job Description

• Experience in communicating with users, other technical teams, and management to collect requirements, describe software product features, and technical designs. |

|
• Experience with test design, test strategy, test plan and test execution of the applications |
||||
|
• Experience with developing and executing test cases for functional, integration and E2E testing |
||||
|
• Triage with vendors, internal customers for new and sustained core network engineering features, and identify the areas of further troubleshooting |
||||
|
• Ability to work cross functionally to identify network and application issues |
||||
|
• Self-motivated and ability to work well under pressure with Debugging and problem-solving skills in mobile platforms |
||||
|
• Good knowledge on Telecom billing like SAMSON, Prepaid platforms that interfaces with any wireless interface is a plus for this position |
||||
|
• Good understanding and working experience on validation of SOAP, XML, Restful API webservices |
||||
|
• Good knowledge & working experience on networking protocols. (TCP,HTTP/S) and operating systems like Unix/Linux |
||||
|
• Familiarity in documentation and troubleshooting tech toolchains (e.g., Confluence, JIRA, Wireshark, qTest Manager) |
||||
|
• Provide daily summary project status updates to the management team on the project priorities |
||||
|
• Experience in Mobile Test traffic generation – Call, data and text is plus |
||||
|
• Should be able to understand the basic of Wireless Telephony, including CDR generation |
||||
|
• Should be willing to work in any one of the 2 shift in a day, any 5 days of the week --
