Job Roles / Responsibilities:       

Understanding of Privileged Access Management concepts must have experience in CyberArk PAM solution.

Responsible to integrate Privileges Accounts with the PAM solution.

Responsible for target system/platform integration (using OOTB and customized connectors/plugins) with CyberArk for password management, password push/pull and session recording.

Responsible implementation of CyberArk security bulletins / patches

Knowledge in HA and DR setup for CyberArk

Support CyberArk integration with SailPoint for full life cycle management of privileged accounts

Resolving incidents / service requests requiring product configuration changes and / or data fixes

Performing root cause analysis for the recurring problems and critical incidents

Work with application / infra / IT teams to implement the solution

Work with AD, PAM and IDM team to identify the risks and/or gaps and apply controls

Discover the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers.

Ready to learn Remediant Secure ONE tool to implement the following functionalities and support the solution in production

• Integrate Remediant SecureONE with Crowdstrike for Admin user session consolidation

• Remediate Windows Server Admin accounts

• Windows Server Admin account JITA provisioning and deprovisioning

• Implement SOD policy management and controls

• Define and implement the out of band access detections

• Out-of-Box API integration layer

Experience in any programing / scripting. Knowledge in SQL and LDAP

Experience in Windows and Linux platforms. Basic knowledge of Networking concepts (TCP/IP, Firewalls). Experience with API's a plus
