Position: Business Analyst
Location: Raleigh, NC
Job description:
· Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or MBA / Finance degree required.
· Experience with providing technical leadership, software engineering design, business analysis, development, and frameworks, analyzing alternatives and evaluating technical options
· Experience with driving technical planning and solution design for a front to back finance solution including feeding subledgers in the area of Product Control, Operations and Finance but also conjunction with Private Banking core banking platforms
· Responsibility authoring or managing the development of software designs and justifying technical recommendations
· Minimum 9 yrs of experience in business analysis, IT development and / or solution architecture
· Minimum 2 yrs of Basel III/IV regulation experience, preferably for Credit risk experience in Oracle, PL/SQL & Technical analysis capabilities desirable.
· Working experience on FINMA/SNB Regulatory area is required
· Working Experience on Basel III/ Basel IV regulations of RWA, Large & Leverage Exposures for Large financial Institution.
· Strong analytical skills to translate Business Requirements into User stories
· Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
· Capability to work independently towards tight timelines
· Opportunity and expectation to build and maintain positive relationships, excellent communication and management skills along with extraordinary interpersonal and good listening skills
Nice to have :
· Working experience in Big Data platform is advantage.
· Working experience on fast track DevOps and Agile methodology is advantage
· Experience in Java, Oracle is advantage
