Role: Sr. Program Manager

Location: Redmond, WA

Duration: 12-18 Months Contract

 

What will you be doing?

As a Sr. Program Manager, you will be responsible for project management and process improvements which support the developmental tools that help website owners build and manage compliant websites. This role will work collaboratively with an internal stakeholder team to help define, refine, and prioritize the top requirements to submit them for their planning cycles.

 

You will have the additional responsibilities below:

 

·         Maintain current WCP requirements in progress within the Azure DevOps instance

·         Manage how and when requirements are updated and/or reprioritized

·         Ensure feature definitions are properly done with appropriate level of detail

·         Maintain separate working XL sheet for tracking and discussions

·         Maintain delivery timeline

·         Setup, drive agenda, and share status from key planning meetings

o   Meetings within scope include:

§  Bi-Monthly spec reviews: review designs and solutions to feature asks and provide Tooling Cabinets vehicle to provide feedback

§  Planning sync: review planning timelines to ensure tracking to hand-off of prioritized requirements. Stay current on out-of-cycle release. Review prioritized features in detail and answer questions so Engineering can estimate

§  Monthly GM Tools meeting: Ensure engineering partner teams are ready to present to the GM’s

We need someone who can bring the following to the table:

·         8+ years of product management or program management experience with a track record of driving deep and collaborative engagement with customers

·         Experience building and managing websites including familiarity with web design, tooling, experimentation, and website compliance

·         Experience with the benefits and requirements of technology and policy changes while building adoption for a new way of doing things

·         Must be self-motivated, responsive, professional, and dedicated to customer success

·         Should possess an innovative, problem-solving, and solutions-oriented mindset

·         Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, be a team player, and work well in an environment of change

·         Strong cross-group collaboration skills and a commitment to joint problem solving

·         Excellent written communication skills

·         Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills

·         Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without limitation

·         No relocation assistance is provided, only local candidates need to apply
