Type: long-term contract
Duration: 12 months with possible extensions

Additional information: The candidate should be able to provide an ID if the interview is requested, to guarantee the Client that the candidate submitted, interviewing and showing up for work is one and the same

 

Requirements:
• Availability to work on Client’s site in Tallahassee, FL (required);
• Experience working as a systems analyst on successful, enterprise level information technology projects (5+ years);
• Experience with business analysis to gather and document requirements;          
• Experience creating test plans, test cases, and performance testing;
• Experience in programming to adhere to ADA compliance in web applications;
• Experience developing with:
- JBoss EAP 7.0 and higher;
- Java 8.0 and higher;
- J2EE (JSP, EJB, JPA/Hibernate);
- Java Frameworks like JSF;
- Primefaces;
 - Oracle 12c and higher;
- SQL stored procedures, triggers, views, etc.;
- JavaScript;
- VBScript;
- XML, XHTML, HTML5;
- CSS;
- JSON file format;
- API’s and Web Services;
• Experience with JOSSO 1.8.5 SMTP (preferred);
• Experience with IMAP (preferred);
• Experience with Unix-basic scripting and commands (preferred);
• Experience with NEIM standard (preferred);
• Experience with SMTP (preferred);
• Experience with JIRA (preferred);
• Experience with Address Standardization Tools (preferred);
• Experience with Alfresco (preferred);
• Experience with Jasper Reports (preferred);
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field or equivalent work experience, Master’s Degree (preferred).

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
• Provide structured, detailed analysis of business processes;
• Perform technical research and evaluation of technologies, tools, databases, methods, etc.;
• Program and implement efficient solutions for business requirements;
• Contribute to activity definition, activity sequencing, activity resource estimating, activity duration estimating, WBS development;
• Contribute to issue management and tracking;
• Effective communication among project stakeholders;
• Provide weekly status reports to the project manager.
