POSITION: Kronos Consultant
LOCATION: Battle Creek, MI (Remote till covid)
DURATION: Long Term Contract
JOB DESCRIPTION
Kronos Test Consultant:
· 6+ years of Testing experience
· 3+ years of experience in Kronos (Workforce Time Management) and it’s modules testing experience along with end to end integrated applications stack
· Experience in usage of Microfocus Octane/MF ALM/Jira Test Management Tool
· Understand the testing effort by analysing the requirements of project.
· Requirement analysis and understanding
· Prepare test estimations
· Develop & execute test scenarios, test cases
· Experience in building tests of different phases – Functional, Integration, Regression
· Log defects and execute bug fixes testing
· Document, implement, monitor, and enforce all processes for testing as per standards defined by the organization.
· Escalate the issues about project requirements (Software, Hardware, Resources) to Project Manager / Test Manager.
· Prepare daily test report and weekly test report for testing activities like test testing results, test case coverage, required resources, defects discovered and their status, performance baselines etc.
· Ensure the timely delivery of different testing milestones.
· Prepares / updates the metrics dashboard at the end of a phase or at the completion of project.
