Job Roles / Responsibilities:
- 8+ years of web QA software testing experience- 4+ years of development and/or test automation experience. Experience in network programming and/or developing/designing large software systems.- Strong programming skills in Java/Selenium and Web Service automation with Groovy experience- Experience with MySQL.- Experience in an Agile environment- Skilled in Java / Javascript- Extensive experience translating business requirements into effective test cases, test planning, test automation and test execution- Review and approve both design and test specifications, including user story "definition of done."- Participate in design reviews and drive recommendations for product quality and testability- Develop, implement and execute test plans and test cases- Contribute to test automation infrastructure by writing and augmenting test scripts and/or test libraries- Analyze failures, reproduce issues, isolate problems, and identify root causes in conjunction with developers- Conduct test cases reviews with development and Product Owners.- Setup the test harness required for the project testing.- Experience with CI, Jenkins setup.- Able to coach Junior- and Intermediate-level Scrum Testers as needed
Skillset: - Technical writing, including test cases, plans & specifications, definition of done, acceptance criteria/thresholds, and test results - Building robust, scalable, and high quality test automation solutions for functional, regression and performance testing. - Developing code for quality automation and ensuring extensive unit test coverage of the code. - Building, customizing, deploying, and managing the environment/test automation frameworks. - Checking for product scalability, reliability, consistency, and performance. - Participating in design and architectural discussions. - Performing high-class debugging. - Preparing Test Reports. - Java / Javascript Must have Hands on experience with the following - - GIT - Test script/test library creation - JIRA - Soap UI/Ready-API - Selenium WebDriver / Mocha - Bobcat, Cucmuber
