Location : NYC, NY

Duration: 6+ Months

Visa : NO H1 Transfers

Job Roles / Responsibilities:

Looking for someone with recent 2 years focused on Angular experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, code, and implement highly scalable and reliable web-based applications.
Experience working with Agile projects.
Coordinate with other team’s architect, engineers and vendors as necessary.
Deliver on all phases of development work from initial kick-off, technical setup, application development, and support.
Identify exciting opportunities for adopting new technologies to solve existing needs and predicting future challenges
Perform ongoing refactoring of code, utilizing visualization and other techniques to fast track concepts, and delivering continuous improvement
Work with product managers to prioritize features for ongoing sprints and managing a list of technical requirements based on industry trends, new technologies, known defects, and issues
Manage your own time, and work well both independently and as part of a team
Quickly generate and update proof of concepts for testing and team feedback
Embrace emerging standards while promoting best practices

Skills/Qualifications:

Required skills:

Strong communications skills with the ability to interface directly with clients and analysts to ensure technical requirements and delivery alignment
Strong analytical and design skills, including the ability to understand business requirements and translate them into efficient and effective technical designs that work well within large-scale, well-structured enterprise environments
Effective communication, presentation, and collaboration skills
Excellent trouble-shooting skills, with the ability to quickly identify and document the root cause of issues, and effectively communicate possible resolutions
Can work independently effectively and self-directed
Must have 7+ years of professional java experience. Expertise in:

Experience in computer science, computer engineering
Must have a minimum of Angular 4 project experience,
Angular 4+ with preference to 7/8 project experience preferred , TypeScript, CSS, HTML5, OO JavaScript, and experience working with and integrating front end single page applications with RESTful services.
Hands on Web development work experience required
Demonstrated experience in Agile development, application design, software development, and testing
Strong CSS and HTML applied to Angular components.
Expertise in objected oriented analysis and design across a variety of platforms
Thorough understanding of XML, JSON, Web Service technologies, and data structure fundamentals
Experience with adaptive and responsive development techniques
Aptitude for learning and applying programming concepts
Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external business partners
Experience with Solr, Lucene, or Elasticsearch is a plus.
