Job Roles / Responsibilities:
Core Java, J2EE, Spring, XML, HTML, Javascript Ajax, MySQL, SOAP/Restful Services.
· Hands On development exp. in Core Java, J2EE, Spring, XML, HTML, Javascript Ajax, MySQL, SOAP/Restful Services.
· Agile/Scrum methodologies.
· Experience in handling offshore teams.
· Understand business and technical requirements, consult customers to design and recommend solutions
- Guide product specialists WITH THE OBJECTIVE of ensuring complete coverage of client's requirements and product quality WITHIN the client and project specifications.
· Hands on product configuration and customization
- Execute the development & ensure successful completion of assigned defects and enhancements for each sprint.
- Establish and execute unit and integration tests
· Conduct Design & Code Review
· Coordinate and conduct daily standup/scrum calls with offshore dev & testing team.
· Participate in customer scrum calls and provide status updates.
· Liaise with customer stake holders and IT teams and help resolve dependencies for the offshore team.
· Host weekly status reviews with customer stake holders (business, IT, Scrum Masters, Product & Application owners)
· Track, monitor and report project schedule, cost, scope & quality.
