Cloud Product Analyst
The day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Create quality work products in the form of roadmaps, project plans, and documentation targeted to specific audiences
- Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
- Ensure quality artifacts such as detailed meeting minutes, process flows, diagrams and wireframes to communicate interface with our team and clients.
- Assist in the development and subsequent on-going management of processes and tools to automate and streamline program routines such as roadmaps, process flow, and fact/metric-based status reporting.
- Analyze datasets, provide updates, summary for data applicable to the persona who needs it
- Works in an Agile environment and continuously reviews the business needs, refines priorities, outlines milestones and deliverables, and identifies opportunities and risks
- Facilitating meetings for timeboxed cross collaboration sprints between cloud engineering and application teams (dojos).

- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to balance multiple projects
- Well-developed communication skills
- Working knowledge of Atlassian products, including JIRA, JQL, and Wiki
- Must be self-motivated with a desire and drive to continuously learn and grow as a professional and as an individual
- Understanding of agile software development methodology and industry best practices
- Skilled with Microsoft office suite, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc
- Experience with Microsoft the O365 suite including Forms and SharePoint
- 1+ years industry experience within technology domain in one or more of the following: product/project management, product development, technical analyst, system analyst or agile product owner.
- Continuously seek ways to make processes more efficient and identify improvement opportunities
Desired Skills
- Experience with using Jira Plan and story mapping
- Working knowledge of PowerBI
- Process improvement/Six Sigma
- Learning metrics, measurement, and data storytelling
- Facilitation and collaboration skills, including ability to broker agreements among diverse, differing, and/or conflicting perspectives/priorities.
