Job Title: Informatica Developer

Location: Mountain View, CA

Duration: Longterm contract

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Should be able to analyze data needs and options and understand the business needs.
• Design, develop, maintain, monitor, and execute production ETL processes
• Investigate production issues / problems, to ensure continued accuracy of business data
• Ability to create mappings from scratch, mapping database sources to specified data formats (e.g. Siebel, Salesforce, DBMS)
• Verify/Review and validate deliverables
• Issues falling into Informatica, developers to quickly assess the problem and provide a solution i.e. lead troubleshooting and communicate solutions/resolutions to the team
• Translate concepts to requirements, and development into an automated production process.
• Act as a subject matter expert and resource for other teams
• Suggest changes and enhancements for ETL processes.
• Document hours and development activities by following SDLC and IS Change Management guidelines.
• Interact closely with database managers and other IT specialists when maintaining, storing, and retrieving data
• Coordinate with Informatica support for patches, releases, bug fixes.
• Secure Agents administration.

 

Required Experience:

• 7+ years of experience using Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services. (IICS).
• 2 or more years' experience with PL/SQL
• Strong knowledge of database design and entity relationships.

 

Required Qualifications:

• Production ETL operations and monitoring.
• Hands-on experience Informatica Cloud Integration Service and Secure Agents
