Role: MSD CRM Solution Architect
Location: Farmington, Connecticut
Responsibilities:
• 10+ years of MSD CRM Sales & Customer Service experience; business and
technical strategies and solutions for IT industry and software development
experience
• Responsible for consulting on Dynamics CRM engagements including design;
implementation; upgrade; and/or extension of existing applications.
• Should be well versed with Microsoft Technologies and have strong exposure to
Great Plains and MS Dynamics components
• Responsible for the overall architecture definition and hands-on experience
with Object-oriented analysis & design and development primarily using
Microsoft technologies for Windows and Web applications
• Developing Solution of Dynamics CRM; conceptual and functional designs and
work with other key architecture roles to ensure the technology is being
applied to meet the business objectives (Applications Architect; Data
Architect; etc.)
• Participate in Work Product Reviews as referenced in the Project Quality Plan
• Working with the Client and project teams to define functional requirements
and document solution design
• Specify and convey requirements for custom code; integrations; and custom
reports to the development team and test completed solutions
• Hands-on with Microsoft Dynamics CRM application configuration and
integration
• Having strong domain understanding and experience in implementing Dynamics
solutions in the Manufacture industries will be an added advantage
• Excellent business communication skills (written/Oral)

• Expertise with MSD CRM development and its integrations/add-ons
• Knowledge of CRM application capabilities
• .NET Development (VB.Net; C#; ASP. Net; ADO.NET)

AJAX; JSON; Jquery
