Role: Business Systems Analyst
Location: Remote Until Covid /Princeton – NJ
Description:
Business Systems Analyst – Payer
(Onsite) Perform the following end to end ownership activities on assigned
accounts :
• Perform review on each contract term amendments and capture the changes in
CDP
• Work with Pricing team to get CDP approved and setup contract in GCPS
• Perform review on contract set-up in Model N (GCPS) to ensure accuracy
• Prepare manual calculation and perform reconciliation in GCPS.
• Retrieve and load customer utilization files through data Flux or IDQ
• Load valid claims to Model N for processing
• Initiate payment calculation and perform high-level validation
• Escalate any rebate issues and provide a resolution if any discrepancies
found
Provide support and resolve any issues or clarification on other analyst owned
calculation
Process Rebates and Admin Fee payments on all monthly and or quarterly
resubmissions received as instructed
Work with Payer Contracting and Market Access team to validate the accuracy of
formulary position per the contract term changes on accounts as instructed -
and help the team to get the CDP approved
Monitor MCO Mailbox daily to ensure if any new submission or contract
amendments are received and take necessary action on preliminary steps
Perform Preliminary Steps on the assigned accounts:
• Update Payment Calendar
• Generate Alteryx file
• Prepare Invoice file
• Load validated file into IDQ
• Validate invoice and Send updates to PBM
• Prepare Manual load file for Medical accounts
Process Payments in GCPS and verify it ties with manual calculation

Description:
· Work with SME/SI Vendor SME to identify test scenarios required for Model N upgrade for Government Pricing for All monthly, quarterly, and annual calculations, Sales Clean Up & reconciliation related testing.
· Work with SME/SI Vendor SME to identify test scenarios required for Model N upgrade for Medicaid Contract, Claims, Pricing & payments.
· Work with SME/SI Vendor SME through test results, Review Logs & point out in case of discrepancies.
· Be part of meeting such as Test Planning, Test design
· Escalate major defects or issues affecting the UAT timeline or deliverables.
· Assist in test script execution in UAT, capturing log and preparing supporting documentation, and escalating major defects.
· Be part of Daily / Periodic connections and raise risks in case of any.
· Daily connect/handshaking with Onsite - Offshore counterpart to review progress & debt.

Location: Irving/Piscataway/Tampa
Must have:
· Desired to have certification on salesforce certified platform developer II or salesforce certified app builder
Description:
· At least 4 years of experience in administering and creating the business portal as well as sustained Salesforce, Page Layouts, Recording Types, custom objects, custom fields, picklists, workflow, approval processes, validation rules, custom tabs, reports, Visualforce pages, dashboards, and email generation according to application requirements
· Good understanding on Vlocity components is a must
· Software engineering skills with Force.com Platform (Apex, VisualForce, SOQL, Unit Testing)
· 2 years experience working with Vlocity Components built on Salesforce
· Must have experience with application development on Salesforce platform with integration of external system
· 2 years experience working with Vlocity Components built on Salesforce
· Software engineering skills with Java SE is preferred
· Working predominantly in Agile scrum teams, design Apigee flows based on the API Spec
