Job Roles / Responsibilities:
We are looking for a Senior BA with a solid understanding of business analysis and development process for the leading banks in the US.
JD:
· About 10 years of experience in Financial services industry preferably in banking domain
· Work with client businesses and internal teams to help them to accelerate the digitization of client onboarding
· Gather and demonstrate requirements, and translate that into solution design
· Expertise in creating workflows, process flows, requirement documents
· Work with the SMEs of client to review, validate and get sign-offs on the documents created
· Work with UI/UX designers to get prototypes created
· Communicate all key project plans, deliverables, to engagement leaders and all the stakeholders.
Skills:
· Experience/knowledge in implementing project to execution
· Experience in digital transformation is plus
· Experience in client onboarding, Payments domain, implementation of payment methods like ACH, Wires, Check, Zelle, RTP is plus
· Experience in product demos, presentations, and user training.
· Proficient skills in working with Business Requirements, Functional Requirements, Specification documents
· Experience in using JIRA for documentation, MS Office – Word, Powerpoint, Visio
· Outstanding problem-solving skills with a proactive approach towards assignments.
· Capable of working independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
· Experience working in an Agile environment.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
