Job Roles / Responsibilities:
• 10+ Years of IT industry experience, with 5+ years of experience as a AWS Data Architect in data/Analytics related areas.• Strong knowledge and experience on AWS redshift and redshift spectrum• 5+ years of relevant experience with RDBMS based data warehouse/data mart design and implementation• Experience with data architecture and modeling of both data warehouse and Data Lake• 2+ years of relevant experience with data lake implementation. S3 based data lake implementation experience is needed• Strong experience in Python/PySpark• Hands on experience in Hive and/or Presto , spark with python (Pyspark) along with other Apache Hadoop offerings like Sqoop, Impala, Hudi (optional but preferred)• 5+ years of experience with strong understanding of SQL with Oracle/DB2 UDB/MS SQL Server/Postgres• Experience with ETL tools like Informatica/Syncsort• Hands on experience with AWS EMR, S3 at minimum.• More knowledge on Multiple AWS services is preferred e.g. DMS• Hands on experience with enterprise scheduler like TWS. Autosys, Control-M• Hands on experience with Git/bitbucket• Exposure to CI/CD using bitbucket and JenkinsRequired Qualifications (5 – 8 bullet points on must have skills)• Extensive Experience on AWS Platform with variety of AWS Data Services and heavy focus on Redshift• Strong Data Architecture , Data Modeling , Data design Skills• Define Data Integration from disparate source Systems including Cassandra NoSQL, Legacy system into common/Integrated Data Structures• Candidate with AWS certification is preferred• Experience Architecting Data Lake and AWS solutions• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Creative problem-solving skills• Ability to work independently or as part of a project team• Ability to self-manage tasks to meet delivery targets• Significant experience interfacing with both customers and management.
