Job Roles / Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate would have extensive experience in IBM Cloud Pak for Business Automation (CP4BA) technologies, primarily IBM BAW (previously Case Manager). Additional CP4BA platform components including IBM Datacap 9.x, IBM FileNet 5.x, IBM Case Manager 5.x, IBM Content Navigator 3.x. are welcome to apply as well. The candidate should have worked for 7+ years with IBM BPM/BAW implementation. Installation, configuration and administration experience with IBM Cloud Pak for Business Automation (CP4BA) clusters is high sought after however those with a desire to learn is a requirement
IBM CP4BA Administrator certification is ideal or willingness to acquire

This position is responsible to analyze, design, and support applications which address enterprise business requirements. The responsibilities include complete life-cycle of software development using proven development methodologies including Agile. A background of Object Oriented Analysis and Designing, and Programming is desired. The candidate should have had a role around the implementation of at least one BAW (Case Manager) or FileNet of medium to large scale solutions at large organizations.
Responsibilities
• Experience in IBM BPM (BAW) solution design and development
• Experience working with Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience with, or prior education on, Red Hat Enterprise Linux
• Experience with, or prior education on, Red Hat OpenShift Container platform (RHOCP)
• Working with other technology areas to facilitate integration with external systems
• Exposure in developing and configuring Web Services in order to customize ECM solutions
• Experience with JEE, XML, and RESTful Services and standards to develop custom and exception processing modules for ECM applications
• Exposure to Web Standards and JavaScript/AJAX toolkits including Dojo 8.x in designing and developing Web 2.0 based UI modules including mobile devices
• Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
• Troubleshooting and performing root cause analysis on application and web servers to diagnose issues and rectify them
• Eagerness to learn, develop and master new concepts around Case Management and other emerging ECM technologies
• Ability to communicate well with customers

7+ years of experience with the following IBM CP4BA technologies:
• IBM BPM/BAW
Varying experience with the following IBM CP4BA technologies should consider this opportunity:
• IBM Cloud Pak for Business Automation 21.0.x +
o RHEL/OCP Cluster build and deployment
o HA/DR
o BPM migration to BAW on CP4BA
• IBM FileNet / CPE
• IBM Content Navigator
Qualifications
B.S / B.A or equivalent experience is required. Will also consider one year of relevant work experience in lieu of every year of education.
• At least ten years of experience in software development life cycle.
• At least six years of experience in Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects.
• At least four years of experience in Design and architecture review.
• Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
• Experience working in Banking and Financial Services domain
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
• IBM Certification on FileNet solution architect preferred
