Role : Business Analyst with Insurance Domain EXP ( P&C and Workers Compensation Insurance Claims )
Location : West Bend, WI
Visa : NO H1 Transfers
Job Roles / Responsibilities:
Minimum 5 years of experience in Insurance industry
• Hands-on experience in P&C and Workers Compensation Insurance Claims
• Ability to engage with business stakeholders, understand and capture business requirements and execute requirement analysis.
• Translate Business requirements into Functional requirements and work with technical team to translate the functional design to technical design accurately.
• Coordinate with multiple teams, build strategic relationships with them to get the work completed on time
• Create test scenarios and execute systems tests in order to verify that client requirements are incorporated into the system design
• Work with test lead to define testing strategy and identify use cases
• Participate in monitoring and approval of test results
• Lead User Acceptance Testing with business representatives when needed
• Solid experience in Agile methodologies and well versed with Story boarding, constructing and tracking User Stories, Bugs, Acceptance Criteria
• Self-motivated, go-getter - ability to get the tasks completed without waiting for directions from Management
