Role : Sage 500 support Consultant

Location : Work from Anywhere

Visa :  NO H1 Transfers

Job Roles / Responsibilities:       

• Have a working knowledge of Sage 500 business software system (ERP) in Finance and Distribution modules
• Have experience throughout the complete Sage 500 software development life-cycle.
• Work on general ERP support including answering 1st and 2nd line user issues and questions, user creation and security, new X3 development testing, system maintenance, process documentation and project support.
• Rapidly develop a solid understanding of the organizations ERP System and Data Warehouse, SOP System, WMS, and related systems
• Utilize Project Management Tools to track project performance
• Understand and administer the reporting tools needed to support information requirements.
• Provide friendly phone, on-line, and on-site consulting services for our clients using Sage 500 software (ERP).        
• Minimum of 3 to 4  years of experience with an ERP system in a manufacturing or distribution environment
• Minimum of 4 years of experience with Project Management and / or Business Analysis preferably in a Manufacturing, Distribution, or Production Environment
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server Query Analyzer (2012 R2 and later)
