Job Roles / Responsibilities:
Job Description:
• Requirement gathering and Analysis from Business Owners of Enterprise Content Management , Operation & Technology group of MUFG.• Work closely with Service & Application teams to understand the flow of the Application built using Microsoft SharePoint Technologies.• Understand existing Architecture and functionality of MUFG SharePoint Applications.• Define Solution Approach and Estimate for new Requests for enhancement or Greenfield development.• Development of solutions as per Architecture and approved design using industry best practices.• Triaging and fixing of defects during all stages i.e. SIT, UAT and Warranty(Post Production).• User training teams for new functionality developed.• Work with other support teams of MUFG for Deployment and Change Management.• Migration strategy and Solutioning for heavily customized SharePoint application.• Consulting & Solution review of Nintex Workflow , developed by other teams.• Nintex workflow development.• Proof of concept for any new technology to be explored submitted in ECM intake from customers.• Lower Level Environment deployments Like SIT and UAT.• Support to APS team on need basis for production issues.• Monthly Volume Report for SharePoint application quota.• CMOD and FIS are different technologies/system which is being supported at Onsite.• Microsoft Project Server enhancement and change request development.
