Role : Clinical EDC Project Manager with Strong Pharma background

Location : Chicago, IL

Visa :  NO H1 Transfers

Job Roles / Responsibilities:       

Deliverables:

• Responsible for communication of risk & mitigation actions for all data and technical/application related deliverables.
• Maintain and provide project timelines and effectively communicate project status reports to all levels.
• Build and maintain active, collaborative relationships – working partnerships – with key business and process leaders within the business units and geographies
• Identify opportunities for process efficiency through coordination with off shore delivery team and supporting process improvement and quality teams
• Serve as first point of contact with the EDC teams
• Coordinate with client and Offshore EDC Leads to ensure study deliverables are being met
• Maintain and provide project timelines and effectively communicate project status reports
• Act as first point of escalation for EDC project, technology and delivery related issues
• First point of contact for change order management between client and offshore team
• Monitor transition and KT status in coordination with off shore Delivery Team  for any new/additional scope
• Regular reporting and escalating issues to Delivery Manager for milestone

management activities

• Responsible to provide Subject Matter Expertise and support/drive innovations and other process improvements and quality initiatives
• Tracking and overseeing SLA/KPI metrics, inputs to - financial and contract management, resourcing needs & capacity planning (PMO)
