Handling incidents and also working on enhancements that cover most of the scripting in ServiceNow,
Good communication Skill Client facing activity Develop the portal, pages, widgets and other components based on requirements
• Troubleshooting UI rendering issues
• Advise stakeholders in their efforts to take advantage of the platform capabilities in their efforts to improve existing processes and employee experience
