Mandatory skills
· Experience supporting and implementing Kronos Workforce Central Suite versions 7.0 through 8.X. · Experience configuring Kronos Workforce Timekeeper (and/or ADP) latest versions preferable-version 7.0 and above for at least 7+ years. · Experience implementing and supporting Kronos Accruals & Absence Management modules. · Knowledge of Advanced Scheduler, Forecaster, Mobile, Analytics and other Workforce Central modules is a plus. · Ability to support interfaces using Kronos WIM interface even if rudimentary will be considered a plus. · Ability to configure and support WDM servers, Kronos clocks (4500 and InTouch terminals). · Should have at least 5+ years’ experience in working with Kronos application suite. · This role requires complete domain expertise of Kronos Workforce Central suite of products and hence the requirement for ability to provide support to a client · Excellent client interaction and communication skills are needed. · Should be able to communicate to the end users effectively providing expertise supporting the Kronos application. · Work in fairly complex technology environments requiring a multi-product solution, as well as product integration of solutions. |
