Role : Business Analyst with Commercial S&M
Location : Boston, MA
Visa : NO H1 Transfers
Job Roles / Responsibilities:
• Requirements:
o Must have
• Commercial Sales & Marking in Life Sciences Domain
• Hours overlap with US team (to some extent)
• Proficient SQL skills
• Proficient Excel skills
• Experience with SCRUM (via JIRA and CONFLUENCE or similar tools)
• Proficient in requirements documentation (business and technical
facing)
• Good problem solving skills
• Good communication skills – Ability to communicate easily with team
members to provide updates and ask questions
o Preferred
• Familiarity with Life Science industry and datasets
• Experience working with BI Tools (Tableau, etc.)
• Experience with functional testing & regression testing
• Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Tasks & Deliverables:
o Create Quality Assurance (QA) Test plans for functional testing
o Review Quality Assurance (QA) Test plans for functional testing
o Create User Acceptance Testing (UAT) test scripts
o Perform Regression testing on the solution
o Able to review requirements documents and translate documents to newer
template/format
o Create JIRA ticket based on business requirement documents
o Investigate issues and work with business team and technical team
member to find efficient resolutions
o Work with business team members on adhoc requests like data analysis,
data extracts, data comparisons
