10+ Years of experience as a US IT recruiter, better to have sales and recruiting experience

Requirements:
· BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field
· IT Staff augmentation recruitment experience preferred
· Successful previous experience as a representative or account manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
· Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence effectively at all levels of the organization
· Proven ability to drive the recruitment and sales process from opportunity to close
· Strong business sense and industry expertise
· Customer Service and client satisfaction focus is a must
Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
· Proven track record of closing deals with technology related contracting.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
· Excellent communication skills.
· Ability to grasp cutting edge technologies.
· Strong internet research skills.
· Proven experience with entire US IT Staffing life-cycle.
· Experience with IT staffing, recruiting, and business development.
· Proven organizational skills coupled with attention to detail.
· The ability to self-manage, prioritize initiatives and work well in a team environment with competing demands and tight deadlines.
