Role : Kronos QA Consultant (Functional)

Location : Atlanta, Georgia (remote is ok for now and relocate early next year)

Visa :  NO H1 Transfers

Job Roles / Responsibilities:       

• ands-on QA experience  in Kronos Timkeeping, attendance and accruals module. .
• Must be very familiar with all Kronos functionality, Screen flows (Navigation view), setup tab, genies.
• Hands-on testing experience of Kronos workforce Integration module. There is no need for development knowledge in WIM but resource must be well versed with Kronos interfaces and various data feeds like person import and payroll export. 
• Complete understanding of Quality assurance SDLC process and various types of QA testing.
• Kronos Database structure knowledge and overall understanding of Kronos WFC DB architecture is a plus.
• Exposure to automation tools (preferably Selenium) and ability to run automation scripts independently.
• Act as key point of contact for all QA aspects of releases, providing QA services and coordinating with project management team, business analysts and SMEs.
• Lead and mentor QA team members, Defect management, regular test status reporting and issue escalations to project management team.
• Develop and execute test cases, scripts, plans and procedures
• Work experience in Kronos upgrade or similar projects is a plus.
