Must Have Technical Qualifications: 
•                    Experience with Oracle Cloud Technical Architecture. 
•                    The functional areas we are implementing are as follows: Payroll, Core HCM, Benefits, Absence, Position Management 
•                    Experience using the Oracle Security Console. 
•                    Experience as an IT System Administrator. 
•                    Experience handling Inbound and Outbound Interfaces 
•                    Hands-on development on Oracle HCM Cloud Tools such as 
o   BI Publisher and OTBI Reporting 
o   HCM Extracts 
o   Fast Formulas 
o   Restful APIs 
o   XML-based web service protocols (SOAP and WSDL) 
o   Data Loaders such as HDL,PBL and file and spread sheet based loaders 
o   Paas Tools/Components (Outside of Cloud Application) such as 
o   ICS (Internet cloud Services) 
o   Apex Backend Tool 
o   PLSQL Programs 
 
Nice to Have 

• Understanding of PeopleSoft HCM Technical SkillsSQR, PeopleCode, Application Engine, XML
• Experience with Payroll would be preferred
