Position1

Role: Business Analyst

Location: Philadelphia, PA (Remote to Start)

Required Skills & Experience

·         Minimum of 4+ years' experience as a Business Analyst/Technical Business Analyst

·         Must have experience working in agile Methodology

·         Experience with CRM application or data migration project is plus

·         Experience with Microsoft desktop applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio).

·         Experience acting as project coordinator or scrum master is a plus

Responsibilities:

·         Work and collaborate closely with key stakeholders to document the key business goals and objectives for a new project.

·         Prepare detailed requirement specifications in the form of user stories or functional requirement documents for the development teams.

·         Participation in the agile software development process as a proxy for the process owner role to help facilitate progress, answer any questions and provide more detailed requirements as necessary.

·         Collaborate with development teams to produce any required documentation or communications that may be necessary in support of the project including project status, project roadmap, release plan, etc.

·         Work closely with Q/A Analyst to develop test cases/scenarios and detailed acceptance criteria.

·         Support project delivery by working with the user community to document and coordinate user acceptance testing and training plans.

·         Assist with end user training as necessary.

Position2

Role:  Java Fullstack Developer with Production Support

Location: Philadelphia, PA

·         Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience

·         8 years of experience in designing and developing applications using Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Angular

·         Strong knowledge on SDLC, best software engineering practices and standard architecture patterns.

·         Experience in building cloud-based applications and migrating existing apps to cloud platforms

·         Experience in building Microservices based applications
