IT Project Manager
100% Remote
18-24 month contract.
Need USC or GC only || Ready to work on Client's W2 payroll
*Must have financial services industry experience – ideally working within front-office, trading, prime brokerage, equities, commodities, risk, etc…
Responsibilities:
· Leads delivery and execution of key initiative
· Comfortable understanding the technical details of the project to challenge team and stakeholders and be the voice of the project including leading key project routines
· Responsible for leading E2E delivery of key initiatives, identifying, tracking and closing risks, issues and dependencies
· Key contributor in agile routines including sprint and capacity planning, prioritization and backlog maintenance
Requirements:
· Prior experience as a technical project manager leading a significant technical delivery.
· Ability to communicate effectively with technical, business and quantitative model partners and stakeholders
· Experience in synthesizing complex data into actionable analysis and presentations to non-technical partners
· Excellent written and communication skills
· Prior experience of agile and JIRA Ability to understand the big picture and detail
· Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
· Able to work as a W2 employee
Desired skills:
· Prior experience working in Risk technology
