Role : Kronos Workforce Developer / Admin

Location : Santa Clara - CA

Visa :  NO H1 Transfers

Job Roles / Responsibilities:       

• Experience implementing and configuring Kronos Workforce Central Suite versions 7.0 and higher for at least 7+ years.

• Experience implementing and supporting Kronos Advanced Scheduler

• Knowledge of other Kronos modules will be considered a plus.

• Knowledge of Workforce Dimensions while not essential will be considered an added plus.

• Experience developing and supporting WIM interfaces and/or Dell Boomi integrations.

• Ability to interact with business and drive new requirements.

• Excellent client interaction and communication skills are needed.

• Ability to interact with business to define requirements and then design as needed.

• Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with clients.

• Should be able to communicate to end users effectively providing expert consulting of the application where needed.

• Open to travel to client locations as needed.

• Work in fairly complex technology environments requiring a multi-product solution, as well as product integration experience.
