We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with a strong background in healthcare. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and delivering technical projects within the healthcare domain, ensuring alignment with business goals, regulatory requirements, and technology standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end technical projects in the healthcare domain, ensuring timely delivery and within budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and business stakeholders, to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards (e.g., HIPAA).
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders and leadership on project status, risks, and outcomes.
- Utilize project management tools and methodologies to drive project success.
- Foster strong relationships with Elevance stakeholders (if applicable) to align projects with organizational goals.
- Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in project delivery.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager in the healthcare industry.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare processes, systems, and regulatory compliance (e.g., HIPAA, CMS).
- Experience managing technical projects involving software development, data analytics, or IT infrastructure.
- Familiarity with Elevance Health systems, tools, or workflows is a significant advantage.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with healthcare IT systems, including claims processing, EHR/EMR, or patient management platforms.
- Certification in Project Management (PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent).
- Technical background with knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar.
