Role : Guidewire PM 

Location : Remote

Visa :  NO H1 Transfers

Job Roles / Responsibilities:       

• Would want the PM to run all SCRUM ceremonies   
• Be the champion on Agile adoption for the project team
• Collaborate with the teams onsite and offshore
• Customer Project Manager stakeholder management
• Experience with GW Suite implementation would be nice to have experience
• Experience with JIRA
• Good written and oral communication
• Own the estimation and prepare the project plan
• Resource planning
• Identify and manage risk, issues and dependencies
• Monitor and track project status
• Prepare and communicate periodic status update to FCCI
• Organize operational governance meetings
• Offshore work coordination and tracking
• Escalation point for operational issues. Exhibits Lean-Agile leadership 
• Support Team rules of Agile team
• Facilitates the team’s progress toward team goals
• Leads team efforts in relentless improvement
• Facilitates Meetings
• Responsibility of delivering through the Train coordinating inter team dependencies
