RESPONSIBILITIES

Drive and guide the scrum team to follow Agile and Scrum practices to actively promote prioritization, team readiness, and commitment for each Sprint.

Facilitate the scrum process with the cross-functional teams that involve moderately complex projects, or maintenance work.

Optimize scrum team velocity to identify improvement opportunities to achieve higher levels of team performance.

Deliver capabilities using agile practices while also following the Software Development Lifecycle, business process mapping, and various release processes as appropriate to ensure all risk, security, and development requirements are met.

Facilitate the Scrum Agile ceremonies for the teams.

Collaborate with product owners, program, or project managers to communicate delivery of work product from the team and escalate key risks and issues impeding scrum team effectiveness.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

3-5+ years in formal Scrum Master role

5+ years of experience delivering complex enterprise projects/products/programs using agile methodology

7-10+ years' product/project delivery

Certified Scrum Master

Ability to coach and lead teams transitioning to an agile approach.

Excellent interpersonal, verbal/written communication skills, active listening skills, and presence

Flexible, adaptable, and willing to roll up sleeves to help drive/contribute to team success.

Past success delivering products/solutions on highly visible initiatives.

Knowledge of relevant licensing and industry compliance regulations.
