Job Roles / Responsibilities:
Initial Areas of Focus
_ Search & Recommendations Personalization Science
_ Communications Personalization Science
Key Responsibilities
_ Provide frameworks & techniques for prioritizing requirements
_ Analyze and interpret A/B testing results of new models; provide easy to digest summaries with key insights
_ Improve business processes; act as an intermediary between the business, personalization science, & engineering
_ Assist the Data & Personalization Science team in visualizing and communicating work to stakeholders
_ Develop operational KPIs for the Data & Personalization Science team; track & share insights on a regular cadence
Qualifications / Skills
_ Quantitative mindset & analytic capabilities
_ MBA preferred; proficiency in statistics
_ Experience driving digital product strategy preferred
_ Ability to self-serve, investigate, and get the data; able to map data from one form into another for the purposes of enabling analytics
_ Proficient in SQL; Familiarity with Spark Data Frame APIs a plus
_ Previous work experience with Omniture data required
_ Tableau skills preferred
_ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
_ Excellent project management skills
