JOB DESCRIPTION

 

Secondary skillset: Dynatrace, Splunk.

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

1.     Experience in resolving incidents from Business Users and external applications.

2.     For analysis requests, require to debug into code and identify root cause.

3.     Provide Technical Consultation and issue resolution based on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

4.     Monitor day to day application performance, response time and availability.

5.     Handling critical issues 24*7.
