Title: Axiom production support
Location: NYC, NY - Remote
Project Scope: We have an urgent requirement for Axiom production support resource for New York, USA.
Required Skills:
· 6+ years of hands-on L1 application support experience in supporting Financial/Regulatory reporting application(s).
· 2+ years of working experience with Axiom Controllers view application and should have knowledge in navigating through different data flows and report structure
· Experience in Axiom controllers view development and Implementation is plus
· Must be able to read and navigate around the application logs and code to narrow down the issues
· Work on Incidents/User issues, perform code research and troubleshot the problem, Bath job issues and resiliency
· Excellent problem-solving skills and relentless drive for root cause analysis and measure to reduce repeat occurrence
· Experience with batch scheduling in tools like Autosys and Control-M
· Experience with distributed applications (Oracle, SQL, UNIX, Linux, Java, Web Services, Tomcat, etc.)
· Experience with SQL debugging skills
· Strong analytical and trouble shooting skills required
Roles and responsibilities
· Troubleshoot malfunctions of hardware, software applications and security systems to resolve operational issues and restore services
· Support daily running of batch / resolving issues with batch processing as they occur
· Performing some daily maintenance tasks for users
· logging issues and producing status reports for Axiom support metrics
· Running Axiom jobs as required
· Reviews system logs, application logs and security logs
