Roles & Responsibilities

• Candidate should have experience in Agile delivery methodology and Scrum management.
• Guiding the team to be self-organised and organisation on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values to delight customers
• Assessing the Scrum Maturity of the team and organisation and coaching the team to higher levels of maturity.
• Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution
• Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information
• Candidate should have experience in presenting the status to client and internal team coordination.
• Supporting and educating the Product Owner, especially on grooming and maintaining the product backlog
• Experience and skills in Program management or managing the technical deliverables is added advantage
• Good to have the Knowledge of other Agile approaches: XP, Kanban etc
• Should have experience in Sprint planning and Agile Metrics tracking
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills
• Cloud exposure
