Role: Technical Scrum Master (4 years of experience in Agile)
Location: Atlanta, GA (Need Locals to GA)
· 5+ years as Scrum master
· Sound knowledgeable of agile methodology and frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, XP, etc.
· Good skills to coach team how to follow agile scrum, which really works.
· Understand the fundamentals of iterative and incremental development.
· Should have knowledge about Agile techniques like: User Stories, Continuous Integration, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games, Jira Dashboard.
· Ability to take and understand his commitment to deliver the product on time.
· Know about the value of metrics and incremental delivery.
· Knowledge about tasks, backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity, user stories etc.
· Understanding the business purpose of the story and defining and analyzing possible alternative ways of satisfying the business purpose of the story
· Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g. from customers or stakeholders)
· Working directly with the Product Owner product owners to handle backlogs and new requests
· Planning and estimating development tasks with team that are required to fulfill the stories
· Work with various stakeholders to clarify and further define the details of how the story should be implemented
· Outstanding organizational skills with ability to resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur
· Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint
· Taking overall responsibility for “shepherding” the story through the process all the way to (and including) UAT. The developer responsible for the story should lead the presentation of the completed story to the Product Owner in UAT
