Job Title: Business Security Analyst
Location: Raleigh, NC (Onsite day 1)
Duration: Long Term Contract
Job Description
5-7 years of relevant IT Business Analyst experience preferably in the Financial industry
· 3-5 years of experience as project manager/scrum master
· Strong experience with waterfall and Agile/Kanban methodologies
· Extensive experience in writing business requirements and working with business teams
· Excellent analytical/problem-solving skills
· Ability to work independently and with others
· Good communication/collaboration skills
· Experience working with teams located in multiple sites
· Flexible with working hours as global teams are involved
Responsibilities
· Manage project deliverables/timelines through development of detailed plans working with business, technology and testing stakeholders
· Participate in overseeing change management tasks including clarifying business requirements and writing BRDs, reviewing and providing detailed requirements to technical team, and development of user documents
· Create JIRA tickets for requirements, clarifying requirements and removing requirement impediments
· Manage/conduct daily scrum calls
· Play a key role in the User Acceptance Testing and Training
· Provide day-to-day support of business technologies to business users
