Title: Mobile Application Developer
Type: Contract - 12 months 

Location: Remote - preference for ATL based

Note: Resource should be on our W2 /1099 (No C2C) || UC/GC/EAD only 

About the Position: 
Staff alert product - product already built. Customers using are Marriott, Hilton, other major hotel chains.

•  

• Provides house keepers at large hotel brands texts alerts to managers on site if housekeeper is in trouble
• Temp checks on fridge, oven, etc. IOT product for hospitality & restaurants
• Backend integrations to hotels has been done. Lots of API work, database, front end work so hotels can get in easily & capture information needed 
• Well built & documented. Need people to maintain
• 
  
• "Connected Kitchen/Spaces" - New product 
• Same solution but for restaurants and other retail companies to make sure appliances in kitchen are running accurately
• Same framework of apps and configuring to new UI for kitchen, restaurants etc.
• Apps were built from scratch by client
• Learn staff alert then apply to other use cases

Updates on role 6/07:

• They aren't an android only shop. Made mistake last year hiring just an IOS dev and finding the work has been hybrid between the 2 
• They haven't always been able to onboard their own resources 
• Start up mode, opportunities to give ideas and innovate 
• Web - native android development. react native for hybrid native app development. code is written in java, but if they have experience in the other levels, the basic java skills will translate 
• They are not in kotlin yet - no plans for it but would get into it if their was a project brought in that they could use it with

Must Have Skills/ Requirements: (Top 3-5 or more)

• Android for native apps

Nice to Have Skills/ Requirements:

• Web app dev experience
