·         Must be having experience in the complete cycle of any insurance EXP.

·         Have strong Technical skills in Mainframe i.e strong proficiency in COBOL, JCL, VSAM, DB2, CICS, IDMS, MQ series, 

·         understand the business concepts and work with the business counterparts
