·         Create high level and low level designs for Salesforce integrations with external applications

·         Appropriately evaluate business requests for Salesforce functionality.  In particular, we all know we can make SF do nearly anything, but understanding and being able to explain the reasonableness, not just feasibility of building in SF

·         Perform code reviews and coach developers

·         Interact directly with business on ideation and perform small Proof of Concept demos
