Role : Sr.Facets Analyst / Developer

Location : New York - NY

Visa :  NO H1 Transfers

Job Roles / Responsibilities:       

• 3-5 years Facets experience
• Medicare/ Medicaid exp helpful
• Billing, Queries, Membership, Claims module
• SQL/ .Net - medium to high level experience
• Write complex SQL procedures

• Have knowledge of end to end data flow. Attend calls with onsite, operations team and if needed with business team to understand any production changes needed. Coorinate with upstream and downstream systems to ensure data is transferred within SLA limits. 
• Analyse the incidents and assign it to the right team and work towards closure. Coding: Perform code review and ensure standards are met Provide support on process audit activities Adhere to process and tools follow the SCM policies set for project. Defect Management: 
• Ensure defects are resolved within the SLA. Process Improvements and Adherence:
•  Provide ideas for process optimization or valueadds that can be provided and share them with the relevant stakeholders Knowledge Management: 
• Contribute towards updating knowledge assets, user manual, online help document, installation manual / scripts contribute / search / reuse all types of assets from repository Team
