Job Title: Manual Tester - Telecom Domain 

Location: Saint Louis, MO (Day 1 Onsite)

Duration: Long Term 

Client: Charter Communications

 

Job Responsibilities:

·         6+ years of professional In-depth experience in Software Quality Assurance & Testing.

·         Responsible for creating Test Documents including but not limited to test plan, test cases, test results and reports.

·         Experience with CSG order entry (required).

·         Ability to create and execute test cases for API testing using Postman / Insomnia (required).

·         Ability to use splunk for monitoring logs and triaging issues with developers (preferred).

·         Troubleshooting and reviewing log/queues.

·         Creating, Executing, and reviewing testing deliverables.

·         Troubleshooting quality issues and modifying test procedures.

·         Ensuring quality throughout the development process ( Component and API testing).

·         Attention to detail to identify, record, and prioritize issues as they arise.

·         Presenting clear and comprehensive status reports for projects.
