JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Senior Product professional to help manage the evolution of a Customer centric approach and related interfaces for NaaS (including beside others managed network, security, and multi-cloud services).
- These services will be harnessing the broader VBG product portfolio including platforms to create a new class of cloud centric management tools.
- These technologies will enable companies, big and small, to redefine their operational environment through real-time
- automation, coupled with a managed service suite.
- You will be part of the Verizon Business Group organization that owns the business model and P&L, feature development and prioritization of the product roadmap, customer segmentation and pricing, and demand generation for impactful new products.
- You will work helping to create a Customer centric product supporting Verizon NaaS vision.
- The customer’s view should be the center of your way of thinking and acting.
- You will interface with many organizations within the company being impacted by the product creation and the subsequent life cycle.
- You will work with organizations such as IT, Product PMOs, Human Factor, and User Interfaces.
- You are familiar with the concept of NaaS in terms of customers needs to be translated in a true operational product.
As product manager, you will:
- Apply your knowledge of the market, the product, the competition. Put the customer at the center of any products deliverable.
- Support Product Managers for product development by applying strong knowledge and experience in a customer centric process to develop and launch new products.
- Support Product Managers for the creation of a NaaS offer starting from a strong knowledge of the market, standards and expected evolutions in this field.
- You have a proven track record of having launched and created from a strong vision a true operational launch of new products in your previous role/s.
- Think digitally regarding product, sales, customer, and full life cycle experience with the goal of improving the customer experience from beginning to end.
- Author collateral, FAQs, white papers, and presentations that can be leveraged across Verizon, external partners, and customers.
You’ll need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
- Knowledge of products and technologies in the Cloud and Networking area good enough to create a customer centric product.
- 10 or more years of relevant work experience.
- Ability to work to completion without direction.
