• Associate should act as an escalation POC for Talend batch related support activities
• Associate should have knowledge on Oracle
• Associate should have knowledge on Unix
• Associate should have knowledge on Incident management/Problem management/Change management
• Associate should have the environments/infrastructure knowledge • Good commanding communication skill is a must
• Associates should have the application SDLC knowledge
• Associate should have worked on the onsite/offshore model
• Associates should be flexible for night calls/weekend support
• Associate should have knowledge on the change management/release management process Need to represent in the Client calls to update the status
