Create a consistent and easy to read format for all scripts that includes comments explaining the functionality. Server-side scripts utilising the most efficient GlideRecord methods to reduce overall processing time.
• Development/Customization and Administration of Service Now Core Modules, Incident, Change, Service Catalog, Idea, Demand, Project Portfolio management, Content Management System.
• Responsible for Integrations with 3rd party tools, applications and systems
• Work extensively on external integrations using Direct Web services over SOAP and REST
• Creation of design documents ,test cases & Unit testing
• Defect fixing & accommodate small changes in case of minor enhancement
• Customisation of different applications and modules within ServiceNow
