Job Description:

Requirements for the Remote Sr. Business Systems Analyst: 

·  5+ Years as a Business Systems Analyst 

·  Bachelor of Science or Master of Science in Computer Science or Information Systems 

·  Strong experience with customer facing websites and customer portals 

·  Knowledge of Jira, Microservices Architecture, Rest API’s, Consumption, API Specifications and Systems Integration 

·  Strong interpersonal skills working with multiple departments, subject matter experts and global colleagues 

·  Self-motivated and thrives in a fast paced, high demand environment 

Empathetic and understanding of customer needs
